The Academic Administration Team sits within Academic Services, which, itself, is part of the Student and Academic Services Group Directorate.

Academic Services (AS) is a large directorate, comprising several specialist teams, working together to ensure that the University manages student records and other student-facing processes effectively, from enrolment through to graduation, while also meeting our extensive statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
The successful candidate will organise, oversee, and support the operational work of an Academic Administration team, be accountable for ensuring the quality and integrity of data and records and compliance with relevant frameworks, regulations or legislation and ensure the best use of systems and technologies available.
As an experienced Line Manager, you will work closely with the team and service to support the delivery of an excellent student experience.
Successful candidates will have strong organisation and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. The role requires good IT skills and an ability to quickly develop knowledge of new systems, as well as navigating complex regulations and procedures.
