3 Monkeys Zeno is the UK arm of Zeno Group, the global creative communications consultancy, born from PR. We’re based in vibrant and creative Soho in London’s West End.
We defy conventional labels. We are not like the rest. This is not just a statement. This is a strategy. As an agency – and as individuals – we are entrepreneurial, tenacious, nimble, fast and brave. We tackle challenges with passion, resourcefulness and an unwavering commitment to strategic excellence. We pride ourselves on being audaciously creative working across Consumer and Brand; Corporate and Business Communications, Digital, Healthcare and Technology audiences. We’re obsessed with delivering work that packs a measurable punch, that inspires change, with earned media at its beating heart. Authentic storytelling is central to what we do, because a great story, well told, has the magic to captivate.
Do the best work, for the best brands, with the best people. That’s what we’re all here to do. Plus have fun along the way. That’s really important.
There’s around 70 of us and we’re a diverse bunch – we actively look for people who add to our knowledge and culture rather than just hiring more of the same. We know our stuff. We’re ambitious for ourselves and for our clients. We love to do award-winning work. Our culture is best described as progressive, collaborative and non-hierarchical – no offices, no silos, no passengers. Our clients include some of the world’s best known brands including Coca-Cola, Lenovo, Campari Group, Motorola, Budweiser, Goldman Sachs, LinkedIn, Kerry Foods and Google.
We value courage, curiosity and openness. They’re at the heart of how we do things and what we look for in our people. We recognise that our business is only as good as our people, so a happy team is very important to us. From our Fearless U personal and professional development programme, to mental wellness initiatives and support, and creative safaris, to our Freedom Fridays, flexible working for all, and our ‘Thank Monkey It’s Friday’ open bar and nibbles, we are hugely proud of our workplace culture.
If you’re as passionate about the power of communications as we are and, just as importantly, embrace creativity and innovation, come and join us. Speak to Ian Green on 07584 340662 or email@example.com
