Manning Gottlieb OMD is currently looking for a People & Development Executive. Our current People and Development Executive is looking to try her hand in a new industry and we are looking for her replacement. Our People and Development Executive is the glue that binds our people, processes and practices together. The People and Development Executive closely supports our People and Development Assistant ensuring that our employee lifecycle runs smoothly with a particular focus on the joiner and leaver process ensuring administration is timely, accurate and intact.
This is an important role in a fast-paced business- Pace is swift at MG OMD, we move quickly and deliver in an exceptional way. We are looking for someone to bring with them their ideas, ambition, top notch administration capabilities and proactive -can- do team approach. A passion for creating and developing is essential as this role will support with our people projects and be a direct owner of OMG initiatives.
We continue to strive for excellence and therefore it is important that you understand how to thrive not just survive in a fast-paced environment juggling a number or priorities that come your way. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role so you must be able to communicate in a professional, clear, concise and confident way when writing to or speaking with employees at all levels within the organisation.
This role has responsibility across the entire employee lifecycle and will support with Talent Attraction and Onboarding to Wellbeing and Diversity and Inclusion to Employee Relations and Improvement and Offboarding.
