Senior Account Executive – Consumer Team, BCW London

BCW, the proud winner of 2021 Provoke Media EMEA Consultancy of the Year is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join the consumer team in its new London office.

The Role

As a Senior Account Executive in the consumer team, you will be responsible for supporting the communications activity for your clients, managing projects and ensuring your accounts run smoothly.

You will be working with a talented team across our prestigious client list which includes The Coca-Cola Company, Royal Caribbean International, Wendy’s, British Gas, Lavazza, and All England Lawn Tennis Association to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

Earned media relations: Proactive, results-driven execution of your account’s ongoing press office and/or campaigns, securing quality earned media coverage in a broad range of media (inc. print, online, lifestyle, broadcast, trade). You will be tapped into the media landscape, scanning for, and leveraging, coverage opportunities for your accounts.

Influencer marketing:Identifying the right influencers for your client campaigns, championing diversity and inclusion as part of the identification process. Managing the briefing process and delivery and reporting of the content.

Client relationships: Establish good relationships with your clients and other key stakeholders in their organisation (i.e. key spokespeople, sales teams and other primary members of the internal communications team.)

Copywriting: Develop core PR materials for your accounts, including press releases, briefing documents, pitch notes, media strategies, influencer briefs, reports, client presentations etc.

Organisation & account management: Manage PR activity end-to-end, managing downwards and upwards, meeting deadlines and reporting against KPIs.

Event management / product send-outs: Leading on logistics to ensure smooth running of events / media mailers / product send-outs.
