What we can offer

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for project managing critical projects under the guidance of an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, as well as playing an active role in the broader smooth running of accounts.

You would be working with a talented team across some of our prestigious client list which includes Harry Potter Wizarding World, Danone, Lavazza, Unilever and Dove to name a few.

 

About you

You will have a willingness and ability to manage suppliers, maintain project leading client contact, lead environmental monitoring for your account teams (overseeing Interns/Junior Account Executives in some instances), and be a key relationship holder with media contacts.

In addition, you will begin building your coaching skill set by playing a more active role in the day-to-day mentoring of junior team members.

What you will do as you MOVE with us

·       Campaign Planning, Management and Delivery- PR plans are used to capture and understand client objectives and manage the delivery of supporting creative strategies and tactics. Media Management- Proactive, results-driven management of on and off-line media ensure coverage opportunities are capitalised upon and results presented back to the client.

 

·       Relationships- Establish and maintain relationships with key journalists and bloggers in on and off-line media representing client market sectors including national, business, specialist, trade, regional broadcast and digital channels.

 

·       Client Relationships- Seek to establish multiple relationships within client organisations including members of the PR and Marketing teams, key spokespeople, sales teams and other primary members of the internal PR buying unit.

·       Copywriting- Develop basic writing skills beyond the production of core PR content to include case

·       studies, articles, project proposals, presentations and wider forms of communications content covering both consumer and business audiences. Digital Media- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital media landscape. Utilise digital media tools for superior client service.

·       Ensure timely, quality-driven client reporting, clear delivery of information, appropriate preparation in advance of client meetings and that all company quality systems and processes are actively adopted.

 

·       Knowledge Building- Establish and apply a comprehensive and current understanding of the media, current affairs, the client’s organisation and market sectors and BCW’s business proposition.

 

·       Manage the administration of accounts ensuring high quality standards are consistently met. Ensure that all client information is managed in a current, logical and accessible manner, enabling ease and speed of access by any member of the team.

 

·       Account Profitability- Maintain account profitability through appropriate personal service levels, time analysis and direct cost recovery.

 

·       People and Team Management- Adopt a comprehensive blend of management styles and techniques to ensure delivery of client results while motivating, supporting, and developing team members.

 

·       Team Player- A can-do attitude, flexibility and willingness to contribute are consistently demonstrated.
