We currently have an opportunity for a talented Senior Member Engagement Executive to join our team at Which?.

What will I be doing?

Working as part of our exceptional Member and Supporter Engagement Team, you will provide valuable support making our members feel like members rather than just subscribers. You’ll be engaging with members who have been with us 4 months or more across a range of channels (print/digital/email). You will:

  • Take ownership for various projects from conception to their delivery, measuring their success, and helping us achieve key targets around customer engagement and retention. 
  • Produce captivating, on-brand content that is suitable for a wide range of channels including digital, print and email. 
  • Use data to deliver better communications.
  • Flex your style to suit our range of audiences and channels, tailoring content to specific audiences were necessary 
  • Work with a wide range of individuals externally and also across the business, such as editors, researchers and our member services team. It is therefore essential that you are able to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Support Which? in amplifying its mission by helping more of our members understand the work we do to champion consumer rights.

It’s a particularly exciting time to be joining Which?. Your expertise and ideas as a key member of our Member and Supporter Engagement team will be of huge value as we question our existing approaches and evaluate results to improve our performance.

What are we looking for?

In addition to your excellent communication skills, we are keen to see a desire to apply these for various audiences. Versatility, proven project management skills, and a flexible approach to managing many moving projects at once are all essential for the role, and you will also need to demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail and copywriting expertise. 

Good InDesign and editing skills would be a plus. You may come from an editorial background, but equally, if you have all the above and have more of a traditional engagement, marketing or CRM background, then this would also work for us.
