We’re looking for an ambitious Social Media Producer to join our growing social team. You’ll not only be involved in the planning and posting of content across our brand social channels, you’ll also evangelise our achievements and learnings to the rest of Which?.

Which? is the largest independent consumer organisation in the UK. What you’ll be doing

As a Social Media Producer you’ll support the day-to-day management of Which?’s key social channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and more. This will involve planning, creating, commissioning and curating social-first content that will engage our target audiences.

You’ll have a confident flare for writing with a tone of voice appropriate for the channel you’re on, and know how to produce engaging content with a social purpose.

The success of our social media strategy requires excellent collaboration with teams across Which?. And so you’ll be tasked with sharing key learnings and achievements across the organisation, using the strong collaborative relationships you develop to ensure we build on our past social media successes.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an outgoing and confident Social Media Producer who has had experience producing and posting social media content in an agency/newsroom setting.

We will need to see:

  • Solid experience in digital content creation, including writing, editing and image creation
  • Strong copywriting skills and eye for creating compelling content.
  • Demonstrable experience of using social platforms within a corporate setting
  • Experience with social publishing, monitoring and measurement platforms
  • Ability to produce informative, accessible reports on social media performance for audiences across the business.
